Invitation Homes is a joint venture between two blue-chip property giants of the Western Cape: Rabie Property Group and Kloof Capital South Africa. Both have an extensive record of success stretching back well over a quarter of a century.
Rabie Property Group was founded in 1978 and responsible for some of the major mixed-use developments in Cape Town, such a Century City, Royal Ascot, Westlake Estate, Burgundy Estate and Clara Anna Fontein.
Kloof Capital is part of a single-family asset-management company based in Cape Town. In 2015 Kloof Property Holdings (Pty ) Ltd was incorporated to focus on building a residential property in the Western Cape.
